The owner of the company first came across as a very detail person, but the longer you worked at the place and the longer you saw him in action. He didn’t manage the business very well. He was very inconsistent. He didn’t treat all of the upper management equally. Sometimes it felt like we were in a sweatshop. And how you were rewarded is if you met that level, they would just push it up to the next level. Some days we really didn’t have a lunch because we had to get so many boxes out, so basically you’re sitting there nibbling on snacks throughout the day to meet the quota to keep your job. Even one day the weather was bad, but he still expected us to come in and some of us dead as some of us didn’t, but he didn’t do anything special for the people. He actually came out and work that day , we were allowed to take home a Damage puzzle. I think it was like once a month or something like that which didn’t seem right because if I am working that hard not even taking a lunch, I should at least be rewarded with a new puzzle damage free once or twice a month .
