Pros

I can’t think of anything except if you love to multi-task then there’s a lot for you to do.

Cons

Everyone is afraid of the CEO. No sense of togetherness as a Company. Employment letter indicates a 1 month payback if you resign within the first month. People who signed offer and do not show up for work are handed a lawyer’s letter to payback. Turnover super high. Not much trainings provided.

Pros

One air ticket every year, 22 calendar day annual leaves

Cons

No work life balance, very slow promotions and favoritism in promoting the staff to supervisor level, for same role other firms of similar level are paying more Micro management and low salaries resulted in high staff turnover 3 months' notice period upon resignation after completion of 6 months' probation period Very low basis salary which does not increase even if you become manager and this results in less gratuity at time of resignation No work from home or flexible working policy
