      Pros

      - Quite relaxed vibe. - Engineering team is made of mostly enjoyable and easy-going folk.

      Cons

      - CTO has gaslighted people on multiple occasions. Should be able to mostly avoid him. - Company increases economic inequality in the world. - Codebase is okay but unstable because of some bad bets made in the past (dying ecosystem of Clojure). - Diversity is not really a thing. - Senior management doesn't seem to care too much about company values. - Still trying to prove product/market fit after 9 years running (2021 now).

      Best team I've ever worked with. Everybody was switched on. Interesting challenges.

      Upper management didn't always get it right. Weird mix between being supportive and flexible and a bit paranoid at the same time.
