      Pros

      Amazing Staff, Great collaboration across programs. Family values, love that others can bring their kids to work and work with clients to be model peers!

      Cons

      Communication from administration to clinical teams is awful. Changing clients programs to fit business needs. No medical benefits offered.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours/schedule for BT's (allows for school and higher ed.) advancement opportunities. Group environment. Collaborative. On site support for most clients. Company recently went though a management/owner change in early 2024 and have made positive changes to the staffing and overall support of the company.
