Monster pride themselves on a Dictatorship leadership style. Unable to have an opinion to shape and lead the business. Puppet master in operation leading puppeteers into silence. Power strives management and it’s clearly seen in the lack of respect colleagues receive. Flippant disrespectful comments made in the office to undermine staff and create a distinguished hierarchy. As a female I was often made to feel uncomfortable by management and I would often choose clothes the evening before. I wanted to have as little attention drawn to myself to prevent any uncomfortable comments from being made.
