      Great free product Great locations in Wanaka, Squamish and Innsbruck Exciting brand Great team and co-workers

      Cons

      CEO is chaotic and likes long meetings with no purpose Strategy is unclear No goal setting and structured planning despite paying lip service to the idea Very difficult environment for senior leaders as CEO wants involvement in everything yet does not manage his time well to be able to. Very high churn especially among senior leaders.
