Cons
Company has grown lots in the past 18 months. Still feels like a start-up in some ways, including things that some people might find challenging. Could be negative if you want a clear-cut environment with similar repeating projects and well-established tasks. Or could be a positive if you enjoy being a bit of a pathfinder, creating and developing new processes
