Product development is underfunded, poorly supported, and seems to be a couple of years behind the competition. The company burns through talented, highly qualified staff at an alarming rate, has no real management team, and appears intent on staying that way. The president is quite poor at communicating with, and is often hostile towards, employees, customers, and industry partners. It appears that the goal is to minimally satisfy the remaining customers for at least long enough to assure the president's retirement.
