Nothing, only if you consider your salary being put on hold or completely being denied to and having 0 management environment. You will have to file legal case against them in order to get your money.
Cons
A company reflects its CEO’s character. And I can say it as subtly as possible, unethical and highly unprofessional. The company is suffering. Even a start up processes salary by 1st or 7th latest of every month. Here .. forget about it till mid-month. That too isnt promised. Also they wont provide your notice period salary. Sick mentality
