      Pros

      I consider Mobimeo a company that truly embraces multiculturalism. While many colleagues speak German, English remains the primary language for both internal and external communication, reflecting the diverse, international team. I especially appreciate the quality time spent with colleagues when we're in the office. Mobimeo supports a hybrid work model, allowing employees to balance working from home and on-site in a way that suits their personal and family needs.

      Cons

      In recent times, the company has gone through some changes, and our team is currently smaller. I believe this presents a great opportunity to strengthen our company culture and foster a greater sense of connection and belonging. Since many of us work remotely or in a hybrid model, it would be valuable to create more opportunities to come together in person, perhaps through team events or gatherings a few times a year. This would help us get to know each other better and build stronger relationships across the company.
