They have a very old mentality when it comes to reviews, you need to fit into metrics without really validating how to do it, for example, you need to finish 3 tickets on a week but some will be easier than others, so you have to constantly have easy things to do or you risk not meeting the metrics, although they don't really penalize not meeting the metrics, but still generates an estressfull environment.
