1)This company in Calicut, is running with a license of an another registered firm and giving an offer letter with some other company name. 2)No Job Security. 3)They will hold our salary with some random reasons. When they do this, the entire team (Developer, Designer and Tester) assigned to a particular project will not get their salary. 4)No followup on the salary date as per the terms and conditions. Salary will be delayed at the maximum. 5)If they think to reduce the full time employee count (FTE), it will happen in one day without even a note. 6)Be very careful with Mobiworld. Mobiworld has its own corporate view by not even considering the employee requests or needs. It has a proper style of daily wages. If you wish to work under a daily wage broker, Mobiworld is the better place. No values on the products too. Believe me, If anyone is working there, that is only because of their situations.

1. There is no job security. You can be fired at any time without any reason. 2. Please don’t join in Mobiiworld India office which is located in Calicut,Kerala. They are in partnership with another Indian company so that if any employee issues are there they don’t need to care about it. You won’t get any offer letters in the name of Mobiiworld 3. There is no proper HR policies , no holiday lists nothing. You can join only if you are ready to work on every holidays
