      Environment here provides a connectivity & bonding with every one very fast.

      Cons

      while hiring the freshers in the company a lot of monitoring has to be done by implementation of various models of trainings, which is ongoing else it effects the productivity.

      Good culture. Supportive managers,founders.colleagues Lots to learn..

      Cons

      Salary is always one month late. Very poor management. They suddenly change notice period in a day from 1 month to 3 months if an employee resigns. Especially don’t work here until aditi is present. Very mean,cunning women.

      Pros

      Tooo many bad things. Salary is always late. HR is worst and says cannot do anything. Will in return shout at us for why we dont have savings and should not depend on company salary. Why else will employee work if not for salary. Openly gossips and complains about management to employees. No unity in this company and all are unhappy. Very small company but too much politics. Its like government office, if you are willing to please your bosses and management, you will be in favour. No merit based here. Hard work is ignored and only pleasing bosses is accepted. It seems to be way. It is in all departments. No new thinking.
