      -Mission and product that has real impact on our customers -Talented, humble teammates who collaborate and care deeply -Transparent, trusting leadership -Strong growth opportunities and impact -Hybrid flexibility with great energy in the NYC and SF hubs

      -We work hard! (work-life balance is stretched at times) -Some systems and processes still evolving as we scale

      Pros

      Great team. Everyone is smart, intense, works hard, and does right by each other. Great mission, happy customers. Very intentional leadership team.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not a huge priority here (hard to take PTO). Benefits are good, not great.

      Pros

      It's incredible to work alongside so many passionate, hard-working, and whip-smart people. Every day is a fun, exciting challenge. Also there's really something special about building a product that so clearly delivers value to customers, where you get that constant stream of customer affirmation.

      Cons

      Still figuring out how to scale people and processes to match the growth, and those growing pains can be painful
