Food is good. Office Terrace is a bit of refreshment space.

Cons

1. Top Management is too Arrogant for an early-stage startup. 2. Upper management spending thousands of dollars to live their luxurious life and travelling back and forth from London ↔ Bengaluru. 3. Review system is bad. Always ends up screwing employees budget. They just need a chance to deduct your salary. Sometimes reasons are so silly. 4. Worst Part 1: Non-Techs are leading the tech team. 5. Worst Part 2: Your manager would scold you like a teacher. 6. KPIs are so unachievable. 7. No work-life balance. 8. And I agree with the other guy. London employee thinks the Bengaluru team are slaves.

management treats everyone like a slave no work life balance, and super toxic culture - not scalable and it's only a startup when you do something great - was management's idea, when it's wrong - it's yours no career growth bc ceo only thinks of himself, ego, and his career trajectory
