      Pros

      One of the better companies in Denmark for internationals. Not everything is perfect, but current top leadership are making genuine and visible efforts to address some organisational and cultural challenges and it is greatly appreicated.

      Cons

      Diversity is strong in the general ranks, but it does get noticeably more white and male as you look up the ladder. This is a broader social and industry issue.
