      Pros

      My colleagues working at Miles were generally kind and well-meaning with a willingness to learn and work hard. However, the toxic environment that leadership fosters meant that nice people became stressed and many times very mean, rash.

      Cons

      Forced in-office 5x/week, micromanaging, blaming, gaslighting, toxic and stressful. There is clear favoritism, discrimination, and obvious mistreatment of immigrant workers on a visa, especially the women. You're constantly on high alert and any mistake is criticized and blown up; tons of turnover and gossip. There is no trust; after a storm and flash flood, people were still forced to go into the office despite government authorities recommended workers stay home (many other companies complied except Miles).
