Manager has 0 experience in property or the modern working world which doesn’t bode well with a young team when the end users are also young (students). There’s 0 chance of progression. Lettings bonuses are offered but often unachievable The person in charge of HR is the directors PA and there are no set procedures in place and no confidentiality either. Everyone is treated differently - some get punished for time off sick, some don’t. And the latter take advantage of this, having multiple sick days per month.
