Cons
HR is partial owner (cares more about the company than employees). Will fire employees without warning or write ups. No sick time first year, 40 hrs sick time after that. Doctor visits not allowed unless emergency or sick time is used. Engineering office has associates that will question your every move. Be expected to discuss anything with HR or your boss. This includes quick trips to your car, any symptoms from a cold, and anything that is not "work". Very catty office. No room for growth. Very small company. Small raises. High deductible benefits. Not a single person of color at the company Political signs out front
