Cons
Micolise UK (MUK) started India unit 2.6 years back. They recruited many employees , "developer , Sr developer" (Dev) , testers and TTL(80%) gems blindly . basically gem is another form of coal. MUK' 2nd level management (MUK2) is very smart. later on they found. Gems are not properly converted from coal. They analysed they need to excuse "Technical" word from definition TTL . They arranged training for gems "HOW TO LEAD" + SCRUM master. but all money drained down. Gems are trying to hide under definition of Team Lead , MUK2 added scrum master responsibility. later on MUK2 which is very smart found , they need to excuse TL word as well. You cant join gem with any other material. "MUK2 you missed science class in school" . No worries . Later on MUK2 found Gems are not made for scrum master role (T&C gems are considered it as a Designation). So MUK2 pushed them more up now they are on TOP of Technical Lead. This is the perfect position. All changes are made to provide benefit to developers testers technical leads. Coding testing bhi koi kam hai. Benefits are listed below. 1) Our organisation follow development according to TDD (Test driven development) , no we follow TTD it is new flavor we invented . 2) Gems fight with developers and TL on technical stuff. 3) They do bulling , micro management , on floor misbehavior (HR is spectator) . 4)We follow scrum and daily invent new flavor of scrum , man its more thrilling than Movie jumanji. 5) Layers of not technical people is increasing day by day with acts as encapsulation , yeah we follow oops too.
