Good company in japan, but not good if you join in India

I appreciate the open-door policy and how leadership values employee ideas, it makes this a great place to work. Throughout my time here I had lot of good technology and career growth exposure after I joined. This has helped me in achieving my goals that I planned to do . Variety of experience and exposure including the Engineering manager , QA head , Infrastructure and culture management are the key after joining this organization. Very discipline , organized people around and detailed information about each product is very impressive. I am enjoying recognizing the teamwork and individual contribution and co-operation in my job.
