Pros
The brands you get to work with are incredible and very fulfilling
Cons
The two CEOs have zero concept of what is going on day-to-day; the mean girl talk, the bullying by veteran AEs etc. etc. The company is only 30 + people, all female, so the bullying gets pretty personal, awkward and uncomfortable. There is zero help from the "leadership team" when you run into a roadblock on a client. Instead, they'll begin to treat you pretty awful as time progresses and will essentially force you to quit. It's a toxic environment, and I was really disappointed when I found this information out... Most of the girls who are still there would completely agree. I stayed because I couldn't afford to not have a job. On my last "Town Hall" call one of the CEOs told all us girls that we should be appreciative and thankful that her, and the other CEO, were hiring more employees so that we wouldn't be spread so thin with work. She then concluded that, that new employee's salary could have gone towards a NEW PURSE. Disgusting..
