Pros

New Los Angeles office is attractive (they put more effort into creating an Instagrammable space instead of focusing on the culture though, so not exactly worth it)

Cons

Where to begin? This place says that it prides itself on being a safe place for women, but it really just brings together a group of mean girls who bully. The leadership team is just people who have lasted over the years and don't really understand how to work anywhere else with anyone else. They also promote within so quickly that you end up with 24-year-old directors who are on a power trip (one girl in a management position ran around telling everyone a girl was getting fired hours before it happened). This agency should also not boast about being a fashion agency. They have clients all over the map (but actually...they have dentists and animal products) and care more about quantity vs quality. They also put each employee on 15+ accounts alone and don't provide any guidance on roles/functions. There are VPs who spend their time shipping boxes because they also don't have a shipping team to help.

Pros

- get to learn a lot about pr, get your foot in the door - learn basics of pr as well as platforms that are helpful to know

Cons

- get assigned a team so some people get to do more fashion, some do more beauty, some do more lifestyle brands (but you can't choose which you help out with) - a lot of tedious work when building lists
