      My direct supervisor was great.

      Micromanagement issues Most C levels are totally lost Pay is not market value CEO is a total joke Customer retention is terrible due to dishonest sales

      A reviewer with a motive other than sharing accurate information... All job candidates are invited to come tour the MFG.com office and meet the staff and C level executives personally . You'll quickly see how far from the truth this review actually is.

      Pros

      constant MGMT change, no real leadership direction.

      Cons

      zero leadership, the leadership that was apparent was only fueled by then going and vacationing in other states.
