Pros

Product is promised, great and professional co-workers, flexibility in choosing tools, laptop, hardware, comfortable location at King & Spadina, lots of food places around, interesting tech implementations and potentials, you can get a high salary, but it's not a common case for all positions and departments

Cons

Managers consider themselves on a God level, rather than to be in the same team and provide an inspiration and/or leadership (at least facilitate or help to find a leader in a team). Absolutely strict 9-6 hours if you are taking 1 hour for a lunch time, management considers that as a bad practise. It's totally fine to work with that graphic, BUT you have to declare that in advance and NEVER ever call it a flexible working hours. It is NOT. Supporting of a legacy code is like slavery on galley, it's never finished and no way to avoid or improve it. The last one is the highest turnover that I've ever seen, sales, support (completely crazy pressure), development (they had changed faster that I was able to remember their names). Inside company different groups of people playing in politics, if you are out of that game in some time you will be kicked off. That happened on all levels and most departments.

Pros

Good location, 15 minute walk from Union Station Macbook

Cons

I normally do not write reviews, but I feel that I need to warn future victims who might consider working for Method. All the good reviews here are written by the same person! Slave culture, work till you burn out and replace you. High turnover rate, I have been here for 6 months and half of the employees came and go. The COO is totally a-hole, incompetent and was a pizza delivery man before this job. Most employees are unhappy here and can't wait to quit.

Pros

It's true that the CRM syncs well with QuickBooks; unfortunately, it's not as simple as they make it sound to customize. Furthermore, the "new" UI has been in the works for years and is now almost dated compared to other similar products in the market (at a lower price). Company is young and they try to portray a "hip" software vibe but in reality the company only provides modest perks in exchange for long working hours and horrible benefits.

Cons

There is obvious tension at the management level. The"CRO" basically runs the show and tries to micromanage everything and everyone. It appears if you want to succeed at this company all you need to do is follow her orders and accept the fact she'll get her way.
