Hey there -- in 20+ years of business, we have never once told an employee to visit a church or asked employees to pray. It is true that we love to give thanks for our food when we gather as a team, but your words do not match reality in this case. We have built a team that can work across the spectrum when it comes to faith, politics, and business. Our focus is on relentlessly working to make the world better, through the highest levels of design.

Thank your taking the time to post this review. I am so sorry that your brief experience at Metaleap did not meet your expectations and that you felt the work culture here is uncomfortable. I don't see that same experience reflected in reviews from people who were on the team for an extended period of time, even from other former employees, so it does seem at least somewhat related to your very brief tenure which was, admittedly, not what either of us expected and your departure during covid mandated closures only made that worse. I am truly sorry we did not serve you better, beginning with your interview process and through your departure; we could have done better and have sought to with new team members added in the year since.
