- Lots of opportunity to work on. - Appreciate any opinion - Peoples are very helpful - Uses most updated developing tools - Salary and increase is very good enough comparing any company at Bangladesh - Nice friendly environment - Well planned, they know the goal and what are they doings i.e lacks and opportunities - Training and learning great opportunity - lunch and snacks - not strict to office time rather on work done - profit sharing by quarterly
Cons
- no insurance / office transport / health coverage / other package - no gadget allowance - very few staff (small company) at Bangladesh
