Pros
Colleagues are somewhat helpful. It's just a good stepping stone for fresh graduates. Not recommended for any experiences staff to join unless you are quite desperate for work
Cons
No aws no performance bonus no annual increment Workload is heavy and high turnover of staff Performance appraisal is merely for the pure fun of it since it's not tied to any bonus payout anyway Hr is almost non existent
