1. No license or exp. required. 2. Easy job.
Cons
1. Competitive wages were just faked, low paid and no room for advancement. 2. No team work spirit, manager just want the staffs to work along and complete all the task by themselves, even though he know two men work on one job the efficiency is higher than two men separate to work. 3. Repeating work, just handling few types of equipment.
