      opportunities for growth abound, the staff are accommodating, management operates by an open door policy, it is a great learning ground especially for young graduates, it challenges your mind because it is a fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Remuneration could be better and there can be more safety for sharing different erspectives as against the popular.

      Very toxic work environment especially the Research unit. There is a general belief that no one is indispensable. As a result, any employee's employment can be terminated at any time. Poor salary relative to the work load. Business development target for all staff (back office and front office).
