Pros
The executive leadership is doing wonders for MKS. They’ve put their all into fostering a successful company with superb leadership, and I can honestly say my colleagues and I are extremely happy. The management at MKS is exceptional! They’re extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as the functions of each department, so their expectations stay in-line with achievable outcomes and they’re able to provide insight that’s actually useful for development. They’re also understanding when it comes to acknowledging personal needs and they do their best to accommodate everyone’s requests. The work environment is great as well. Employees collaborate across departments, and management is directly involved with the staff without going so far as to micromanage. Ultimately I’m happy working here and it looks like the prospects for the company are high. I’m looking forward to seeing how the company evolves in the coming years.
