      Nice team and mostly enjoyable projects

      Cons

      High workload, no pay rise/bonuses and lack of transparency and communication from the senior leadership team. Unfortunately, the overall vibe changed after we fused with Bioscript, and Meridian is not what it used to be. They doesn't seem to care about people anymore.

      Direct team members are very friendly

      The directors are very out of touch, rude, abrasive and there is a bullying culture. I would not recommend working here to anyone
