The founder is a sociopath and a narcissist. Feels like she owns people. Nobody stays more than 2 months. She will hire you saying 10 lies and then when you join will start shouting on you from 2nd day onwards. Only spineless people are and can work here. Because they have got so bad reviews, they had to force existing people to write these fake reviews. I wish somebody files a mental harassment case on her someday. Soon this company will close anyway.

Meolaa is hands down one of the most mismanaged companies I’ve come across. The founder, Ishita, lacks basic corporate experience and has failed to build a single solid process in 3+ years. Leadership operates on impulse, not strategy. Screaming at employees and creating a toxic work culture seems to be the norm, not the exception. The so-called VP of Growth — who had no background in growth — was handed the title after being a product consultant. Since then, there’s been no progress, only more confusion and internal politics. Decisions are made to serve egos, not results. The company is burning through investor money with nothing to show for it. No vision, no culture, no real growth. If you're looking to actually learn or grow in your career, this place will only waste your time and energy.
