      Pros

      MentorcliQ is phenomenal. The team is highly capable and knowledgeable. The product is next level. The culture is astounding. I've been in SaaS for 10+ years and this is the best combination of awesome team members, awesome product and leadership that truly cares for the employees.

      Cons

      None. Seriously! We are obviously in scale up mode, which brings some agility and changes over time. but the leadership is making every effort to provide transparency and clear vision.

      Pros

      MentorcliQ is a growing, market-leader in the increasingly important mentoring solution space. We have the opportunity to work with world-class organizations, helping them develop and implement talent development and DEIB strategies, allowing them to invest in their most important assets: their employees. The culture at MentorcliQ is the best I have ever been a part of, focusing on ensuring that we have a diverse, intelligent, thoughtful, and fun workforce. It's easy to claim an emphasis on culture and much more difficult to prove it. MentorcliQ's workplace culture is second to none; it is the real deal, and that starts with the amazing leadership team, permeating down through the organization.

      Cons

      Genuinely, there are no cons, as long as someone is interested in working at a place where there is reasonable, balanced accountability around performance. If someone wants a place where they can simply show-up and not engage with the important work that is being done, then it might not be the best place for them.

      Pros

      The BEST reason to work at MentorcliQ is being able to work remotely! Additionally they are a very fair organization when it comes to compensation and time off.

      Cons

      Small start up companies, typically don't have the best benefits. MentorcliQ has not secured a Health Benefits package from their vendor that covers the basic needs without costing a lot of money either out of pocket, or in bi-weekly withdraws.
