Doesn’t surprise m… where I do start, Gaslighted, underpaid, overworked, no paid overtime, no paid on call which is monthly, underpaid, most best practices are band aid fixes and issues are always reoccurring. Good luck getting a day off reset and re charge. They work you to the bone with out any extra pay. Promotions were never open to anyone , always to the select few.

Communication lacks - Have to repeat your self many times to be heard Simple problems go unresolved despite escalating through the proper channels, Sometimes takes weeks or months for easy things to get resolved. Mostly due to everyone doing to much at the company at any given time. Need more people to relieve stress everyone feels. You do not get paid for any extra work you do. I.e. Oncall or overtime during the week
