Pros

There are NO pros. Just don’t do it

Cons

The most toxic place I ever worked. They will scam you into the company, pay below market rate and sell you on commission scheme. False selling how many roles and clients and potential of earning but when you join, there is actually no roles, or very limited jobs. But they will talk really big how busy they are and too many roles to fill. The bosses will pretend to have your best interest and on your side, support you in any way but will treat you like military style and free labor minute by minute counting how much you are costing them. One boss will yell and embarrass you on work floor, the other one will pretend he is a good guy but talk bad about you when you leave. The company is mostly local. If you are one minute late to work, they will always remember and yell at you passive aggressively. But expected you stay very late. You will always feel bad to leave work on time, you don’t dare to. Everyone in the office will pretend to stay late until the boss leave even if you are doing nothing, just sit there to show you won’t leave work on time. Expect to always leave late but never be one minute late to work. Previous colleague told me they paid few hundred dollars penalty, every time they show up to work at 9:01am. The office is political, fake and forced. I never worked such an unhappy toxic place with such low paying salary. Unbelievable for such a small firm. Do not dare to ask even half day to wfh, they will always remember and use against you. Do not even try to take sick leave, you will always be remembered. Really never worked for a company this toxic.

Pros

- Young and nice teammates. - Have monthly/ quaterly incentives if the team hits the target. - Clear promotional path

Cons

- Need to be good at upward management. - Claim to have a lot of jobs, but most are not active/ are there for ages. - Working style: the boss can reach out to candidates from companies that signed PSL with them, but not others. - Need to be a CV machine

Pros

Nice teammates, young team, helpful HR

Cons

Imagine working in a prison with minimum salary - exactly what you get. They will draw you with an "attractive" commission scheme to compensate you for a lower than market standard base salary but in truth the overall scheme is set to benefit themselves to the maximum. As mentioned by previous reviewers a lot of the issues stem from the 2 co-founders enforcing toxic rules and micromanagement. You'd imagine for a small start-up/recruitment to have work flexibility (WFH/hours) but instead you get monitored down to the minute - any lateness is highly frowned upon and they are sure they will let you know, this also applies to eating your lunch beyond the given 1 hour. Additionally, co-founders throughout will try to make it sound like they are very supportive/encouraging by emphasizing every single benefit or positive change they make - but in truth many of these changes are typical for any company out there, all just a way to brainwash you to think they are looking out for you. Avoid at all costs. If for any reason you'd want to work in a prison/military camp it'd be better to join that instead at least you'd have committed a worthy crime for it/become a decorated army officer.
