Pros

My director is amazing, a big cheer leader for MP and has no less than 2 doctorates. He inspires me every day with a passion for education and thoughtful leadership style, Never needs to yell, humiliate or belittle staff. I expect he will be the next CEO…

Cons

Not enough staff or support for my director.

Pros

Free parking in campus for staff

Cons

The members of the HR Team specifically the longer tenured ones like Mary were useless. They have been there for a long time and did nothing. They hired several new HR people but they got driven away due to the laziness of the current HR team. This was raised with the executives who did nothing but chose to side with the old HR team.
