      3 Month salary delays, AVOID MEINHARDT AT ALL COST

      Pros

      Project team technical abilities very good. Coworkers / colleagues easy to work with. Nice office and location.

      Cons

      MAJOR downside, salaries have been constantly 3-4 months behind. Very difficult to hire sub-consultants on projects because Meinhardt doesn't pay them either. AVOID MEINHARDT AT ALL COST.

      The location of the office and the pay was on par

      Cons

      Hugely negative culture, driven to be profitable on all projects yet completely inadequately staffed and supported on projects leading to insane work/life balance. Project estimates being slashed by other divisions in order to win bids, but then impossible to successfully finish projects.

      Pros

      1. You can get a initial good hike. 2. You can travel to Asian Countries if Management likes you. 3. You can get a brand value.

      Cons

      1. Your work-life balance will be screwed up. 2. Management policy is not transparent at all. Not even HR Policy!! 3. Particularly EPCM segment has a bad & immature line of Management at the driver's seat. 4. Increment and appraisal are kind of joke here. 5. Notice Period has been kept as 2 months. 6. There is no proper hierarchy and standard norms. 7. Man based company. 10. No over time remuneration. Though, they will push you to do over time. 11. There resource is not utilised in a optimised way. Resources are practically sucked down to end. 12. No acknowledgement and award for good & smart work. 13. Few people are stubborn on their understanding, thinking their selves as omnipotent .
