1. Your work-life balance will be screwed up. 2. Management policy is not transparent at all. Not even HR Policy!! 3. Particularly EPCM segment has a bad & immature line of Management at the driver's seat. 4. Increment and appraisal are kind of joke here. 5. Notice Period has been kept as 2 months. 6. There is no proper hierarchy and standard norms. 7. Man based company. 10. No over time remuneration. Though, they will push you to do over time. 11. There resource is not utilised in a optimised way. Resources are practically sucked down to end. 12. No acknowledgement and award for good & smart work. 13. Few people are stubborn on their understanding, thinking their selves as omnipotent .
