      Pros

      Not much besides the chance to go to Australia for company events. Most people are good people to work with (except management).

      Cons

      Terrible management with unreasonable demand. Very hostile and unprofessional attitude with lots of swearing and abusive languages. Policy changes daily and they treat you like dirt, blaming you for everything that goes wrong. They pay decent money but never keep their promise on anything. Do not work there unless you absolutely desperately need a job. Management are inexperienced and do not know how to run a company.

      Trips to Australia, and at one point there was a smart and talented team.

      Cons

      Trips to Australia. If you live in the States, you are expected to be on their schedule, not a US schedule. Working Sunday, nobody around on Fridays, a lot of finger pointing--constantly. From a sales standpoint, there are no territories. Salespeople in other countries can call in a US salesperson's geography which can lead to prospects and customers getting incredibly confused.

      Top location and liked many people there.

      Cons

      Owners were mean spirited. Many ladies learnt to avoid him if you are not one of his friends he shipped in from another business or a famous athlete. Brought in Americans to lead and the nastiness went up heaps. Would get on the tele and they would knock everyone not on the call, then join another call and knock me. Found out what others were paid and it was outrageous no link to work or skill. All about who was in favor or not.
