Bad management. Low salaries. HR does not care. There are no chances for promotion or raise, you are contemned to work in the same position with the same salary forever, unless you are certain's persons pet. They do not respect the employees. A lot of pressure. The workload on employees is disproportional to their salaries and the available time. Underqualified persons in key positions.
