There are immense opportunities available in all the fields, not only in technical field but also in the consulting and business side. If you are good with something and do your best towards the tasks that are assigned to you, you are recognized and get deserved credit. I joined Meditab Software India Private Limited almost 4 years back. Coming from top IT Company from Pune, it was difficult to adjust to the change in the beginning but then after a month or so, I started enjoying the work. You realize that you are among some the best minds. Within 1 year of my joining, I got a chance to travel to US and work with clients directly. It was great learning curve and amazing experience for me. I learned a lot of things both personally and professionally. Related to core work, there are multiple technologies that you get chance to work on. Microsoft Technologies, Java Technologies, PHP, Python, Angular JS, just to name a few. Company focus on creating innovative solutions for US Healthcare and you get to learn a lot about US culture in general. Talking about infrastructure, the office is spacious and it just got expanded. You get best systems to work on, dual monitors, headphones, comfortable chairs. People are very helpful both professionally and personally and same can be reciprocated to the management as well. Added Advantages: 1. Company arranges for vegetarian lunch and dinner for all the employees. Not only that, you have option to chose from regular food, jain food and salad. 2. Ice-cream and coffee/tea available 24x7. Snacks and fruits for people working in night shifts. 3. Recently, company took all the India employees to an all paid trip to Goa by flight. Not many companies do that. This is apart from your usual team outing/dinner that is covered by the company. 4. Open Door Policy: This is one the things that I like the most. You need not follow any hierarchy or chain of commands to convey your thoughts to hire management. You can practically reach the chairman(Mike) anytime of the day, whether he is in US or India. Your call/chats/email would be responded.
