Pros
- You don't always have to stick in the office for work - Range of clients and personalities you get to work with - Office is located in a upper-class housing area, so you won't be working in a dense environment (except for event days)
Cons
- Competitive, even though it shouldn't be in most cases - Tricky to experiment with new innovative ideas with older colleagues (quite resistant to change despite coming up cost-effective solutions) - Unnecessary tasks that will take up your personal time, for the sake of pleasing clients with free work.
