      Pros

      Innovative company and management team that was Sales Driven, always putting the customer first. Promoted from within and offered growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Smaller company that had limited resources but made the best of them.

      Pros

      The workplace is a small shop that offers the chance to get to know your coworkers well. The technology can be interesting to work with. Opportunities exist for entry-level employees that want to grow to more senior positions.

      Cons

      The company is the result of a merger of various companies servicing media industries, primarily newspapers and radio. A high-level corporate mindset restricts employee perks and benefits and innovation. The result is a company that focuses too much on the bottom-line and protecting itself and not enough on the morale of its internal talent.
