A panel of 3 asked typical job interview questions. One that I wasn't expecting was to summarize an article that I had recently read. This was possibly asked because this company deals with various aspects of the newspaper industry.

Demonstrate how to do something. Teach the panel a new skill. Was asked in advance of the interview to have something prepared.

Interview
There were 4 people from different departments and they took turns asking me questions. There was nothing non-standard with the exception that one person asked my newspaper reading habits and a recent story that I had read.

Interview
The initial phone contact and the interview with the H.R. Rep was very good. The office manager was another story. From the first moment she entered the room, I could tell she wanted to write me off. She asked very pointed questions that were extremely negative and aimed at undermining my confidence. She acted pleased if she thought she had succeeded in making me feel wrong-footed. However, the others involved in the process prevailed and I was hired.
