Pros

There’s no time-in and time-out for coordinator position and above but at the same time, no over time pay so kinda cons.

Cons

Exploitation at its finest. At first, I’m in awe of their management since most of their employees are young but it’s a red flag. Since they’re young, they don’t have enough experience especially their HR employees—they’re very loud during work and always responding late to the querries of their employees. Also, their HR employees are not inconsistent to what they are saying whenever I ask them regadring something. They have many hr so I don’t know why they are not working as a team idk. Very magulo the system. Their position/ranking or even their promotion are laughable. Low salary so I guess that’s why they’re hiring young people. Manager is bias. Supervisor is bias. Supervisor is not good at his/her team I guess bc of his/her lack of experience. Overall, they are not so good company if your goal/want are growth and competitive working environment. There’s also a school discrimination. If they know that you came from great and expensive school they will put you in higher position even if you’re only fresh grad. Racism is also present—if you half/whole chinese in your bloodline and you’re rich, and came from a great school, you will be put also in higher position (maybe officer or associate manager lol, or even manager) lol.

Pros

No experience required to apply I guess?

Cons

The way management makes decisions on employee matters is so biased. Only graduates from the 2 Katipunan universities and those who have proven their undying devotion to the CEO have a shot at getting promoted to higher positions. They do not like to hire people with relevant experience. The criteria is purely subjective. It boils down to your school, how low your asking salary is, how likely you are to stay forever, and how easy you are to manipulate (they call this “coachability”). They even made a FRESH GRAD lead the department instead of someone who is qualified, or someone who has been there for YEARS. And that’s because he’s a clone of the CEO - Chinese, went to the same schools, has the same narcissistic personality. There is no separation of personal and professional. If you do something wrong, your entire character will be judged and criticized, and they will be cold to you. They will also talk about your shortcomings amongst themselves and their inner circle. They will spread a twisted narrative of you to ruin your friendships with other people on the team. The way they talk about social impact makes it sound like that the world needs them, which is just delusional. They are a vendor. If they do not exist, some other company will take their place. They will use this delusion to brainwash you into thinking you can only prove you’re a good person and care about people if you work in MedGrocer. To thrive, you need to make MedGrocer your entire personality and not have a life outside of work. People who have stayed long have been so incredibly brainwashed to the point that they share the same diet and handwriting.

Pros

chill, young people, can get away with doing only 2-3 hours of work in a day on top of 1-2 hours of meetings a day

Cons

very biased and clear favoritism, forever low salary with increases of like 2-3k per year if any.
