I've been at Mechispike Solutions Pvt Ltd for about a year, and it's been a good experience. My role as Lead Software Engineer has me working with Robert Bosch, which has been rewarding. The people at Mechispike are honest and really supportive. They've got strong policies that benefit the employees, and you can always have a chat with the managers if you need to. The team members are kind and respectful too. Since starting here, I haven't run into any issues. The one thing that would make it even better is if Mechispike could set up an office in my hometown. That would be perfect. Apart from that, everything else has lived up to what I was looking for in a job.
