Senior management was replaced and the new team was hired from larger, more corporate environments. They were not hired based on how well they fit the culture. I think some of them are not aware that they are there to serve the team and clients, not the other way around.
There is no formal path for career progression or promotion.
The work load is so intense, personal growth and mentoring sessions are often forgotten.
The technology is getting in the way of serving the clients. It's growing in complexity and technical escalations are rampant due to its complexity.
Communication internally is not consistent. Key personnel may go weeks without responses from leadership and fail to perform to standard because of the last minute scramble.
