Some staff were good and helpful.

Cons

They dismiss you once the job/ project is done. They give no proper reason before dismissing. They hire you full time permanent, but no proper procedures- such as no verbal warning or No written warning. Also fake promises! I wouldn’t trust this Company overall. 3 and 5 months review tells good things about you. But after their projects are done they start seeing problems! So be very careful before joining!!! If you have other opportunity I would suggest take that. !!!!! Good luck

Seasonal position, not much opportunity for growth within the company, not much effort from the company to help seasonal employees stay employed over winter
