Some super cool policies are also mentioned below: 1) Can learn a few things about life. 2) Can go to some really good companies after getting placed here. 3) After started working here, you'll forget all your problems outside(like family, friends, etc) because you'll see those problems as less when compared here. 4) If you are worried about spending too much of time on social networks, you'll be happy here, since there is no internet connection on the company. 5) Freshers have an additional benefit of working on alternate Saturdays which is mandatory where you'll be spending a lot of time figuring out why you're still in this company. 6) No work from home option.Good thing is you don't have to think about work at home. The bad thing is you can't go home. :D 7) After working here, if you switch to some other company,it'll feel like a heaven. Trust me it is true. 8) Free food at night was really awesome. After eating here, you'll see your mom/wife's food as heaven. :P 9) Last day was happier than the first day. 10) For using MS office, you'll get your own laptop. 11) You'll get to know about creating a single document in multiple ways :D 12) You'll not only work on your own team tasks. You'll also get to work on other team people tasks since no one knows anything. 13) Work-life balance is great. Sorry, forget about life here. 14) Meetings in this company are the best part. From morning to evening, you'll be on the meetings. But at the end of the day, you are expected to complete all the tasks. 15) HR policy is the best policy. After working here for like 1 year, still can't find the work of HR and even the HR too. 16) No transparency in the company. You'll be like Jon Snow most of the time (Ref: You know nothing). You won't get to know the investors, customers and the product too. Even the managers didn't know such kind of things. Everything is confidential here. :P Special pros for fresher: 17) 2 years bond. If you are willing to break it, you have to pay some Probation fee(Closer to 50,000) + 4 months salary. The only good policy why the people are still working in this company. :D 18) Like I said before alternate Saturdays will be working for 2 years. If you are blessed enough, you'll also get to work on Sundays. 19) Leave policy is very much great here. You'll get 1 day per month (12 days in total) which will be gone at the end of the year. You won't get privileged leave of 10days while you are on probation. Because according to the company people on probation possess super powers :P 20) The best thing is your package especially for fresher. You don't have to worry about paying a lot of income tax. Because most of your salary range won't go into that bracket. :D I still wonder why people are complaining about this company in other reviews :D Will continue this review after sometime :P
